LOVE YOURSELF AND YOU WILL ATTRACT LOVE TO YOU!
So many of us treat ourselves like crap. We are our worst enemy, constantly judging and ridiculing our bodies, and the choices we make daily. It is time to become aware of the constant negative thoughts you are telling yourself. Challenge yourself to pay attention to your thoughts for one day. You will be shocked at what that little voice inside your head is actually saying to you. If possible write down your thoughts or put them in "notes' on your phone. Once you notice what you are noticing then you can create more positive uplifting thoughts. You can get rid of that old, negative roommate who is renting space in your head.
Treat yourself the way you would a cherished friend.
-You tolerate her flaws and mistakes.
-You forgive her faults.
-You give her slack.
-You accept her for just the way she is not how you would like her to be.
Now practice extending that same gentleness, understanding and kindness to YOURSELF!
Practice looking in the mirror and saying the following affirmations:
1. I am worthy.
2. I am beautiful.
3. I am loved.
4. I am supported.
5. I am magnificent.
Say the three magic words to yourself...I LOVE YOU! (point to yourself in the mirror)
It takes 21 days of consistent practice to start to change a habit. So take 5 minutes for yourself each day to love and appreciate YOU!
